Orders outside of the contiguous US will incur extra charges based upon location.
Shipping is provided through USPS. Items purchased with personal checks, e-checks, or money orders will ship when such payments have cleared the bank.
If you are in the Tampa Bay vicinity, you may pick up your item from the Studio by appointment.
We are happy to be able to offer PayPal as the recipient of on-line credit card and PayPal payments. You do not have to open an account with PayPal to use their service. PayPal offers secure credit card transactions so you can safely use a credit card online. If you'd prefer, we can process a credit card order over the phone as well. We use ProPay to process our credit card payments both on MaidenShade.com, in our store, or at shows. These two credit card options are available for all payment methods described below.
You may call with an order (if we are helping another customer, you can leave a detailed message and we'll return your call).
You may mail in your order. Enclose your order with complete shipping information, and your check or money order (please allow extra time for delivery, call or email us for mailing instructions).
You can send us an e-mail: include your order, complete contact information, and specify payment preference.
Items may be returned for a refund, minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, postmarked within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Any damage that occurred during shipping is not our responsibility so please insure your order and contact the shipper directly for any claims. Please contact us and tell us why you are returning the item. We will contact you with instructions.
If you paid for your order through Pay Pal, your refund will be sent to you through Pay Pal. Orders paid by credit card, check or money order will be refunded by check. Refunds will be made after item is received at the studio, in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. Any information we collect about you when you fill out a form is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site.
How Do We Use the Information We Collect? If we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address and possibly some demographic information. Your name and address information is used solely to process orders and to inform you of special offerings. This information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for any purpose. Your demographic information will be used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.
Site Security We take your personal information very seriously. Access to member personal information is strictly limited to management personnel. As with any on-line transactions, all payments that go through PayPal or ProPay are done at your own risk (both of these payment providers carry strictly enforced security certificates to ensure your payment transactions are safe).
Communication From time to time we may send out e-mail messages alerting you that products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our marketing emails or e-newsletters, they will contain promotional materials from us.
Legal Disclaimer Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Supplementation We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.
